  1.  Who are the teachers?


    MyKursus is a self-learning platform. So, you can refer to the video and materials that we have provided for you. If you need a real teacher, you can request group coaching from us (minimum ten people) per session, and we will charge an additional cost that you need to pay for the trainer.


    2.     What learning materials will I get?

    After you make enrollment, you can watch an online video. However, it also provided you with the source code and materials for free, and you can use them at any time as your reference. 


    3.     Do I need to meet any special requirements?

    It doesn’t require any special technical background or knowledge. You can start as a complete beginner. 



    4.     How long will it take to improve my programming skills?


    It depends. As is the case when learning any new skill, your progress depends on your efforts. If you would like to learn quickly, then we suggest that you make programming learning a consistent habit. Also, focus and complete the downloadable materials for best results. It also depends on what courses you choose, as some get group coaching to make sure courses are more intensive than self-learning.


    5.     Does it require any paid tools before starting the course?

    It doesn’t require any paid tools. No hidden fees. All tools and technologies included will be free and open-source. 


    6.     Is only English used in the learning session?

    Yes. Audio provided in English. But, we also provided you subtitles in both languages, Malay and English.


    7.     What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept online banking payments only. We do not accept payment through Cash Deposit Machine (CDM). After your online payment is successfully paid, the system will automatically activate your course enrollment.  


    8.     How long can I access the course?

    Most of the courses you can access within three months encourage you to complete the course within the duration given. But, you can re-enrol the course after the period.


    9.     How can I contact customer support?

    Do not hesitate to contact customer support for any questions or concerns you have. You can contact the team via live chat. Our operation is from Sunday - Thursday from 08.00am - 5.00pm. Otherwise, if you have any problem after office hours, leave us a message, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
